The Crescent is an elegant Victorian house, built as a family home in 1875, set on a sunny corner in an attractive garden. The three-storey house is full of original features – a mosaic-tiled vestibule, high ceiling with ornate cornicing and a cupola which lights the top floor and staircase.

We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, suitable for leisure and business guests alike.

Martin’s is a traditional Victorian end terraced house providing free private car parking for guests and is a friendly family run house pleasantly decorated and retaining many of its original features.
Our main dining room which offers Breakfast to our guests is also a tea room, just launched in April 2010 (www.martinsteashop.co.uk), serving tea, coffee, cakes as well as full lunch.
Denise and Steven have lived in Edinburgh all their lives and can offer great local knowledge on good places to go including restaurants, walks and attractions so feel free to ask.
